Morris, U.S. Army Reserve, commanding general, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Fort Bragg, N.C., has been assigned to deputy director, joint force trainer for doctrine and joint capabilities development, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Norfolk, Va.
Chief Warrant Officer 4 Tommy J. Austin has handed over command of the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School’s Warrant Officer Institute to Chief Warrant Officer 5 Tony L. Fox.
Command Sergeant Major Frank Gilliand has assumed duties at U.S. Army’s Special Warfare Medical Group (Airborne), Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center from Command Sergeant Major Ledford Stigall.
Colonel Jack J. Jensen has assumed command of 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne) from Colonel Mark S. Lowe.
Colonel Mark Alsid recently assumed command of the Air Force Special Operations Training Center, Hurlburt Field, Fla., from Colonel Paul Harmon. ♦
