Allyn, deputy commanding general, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, N.C., has been assigned as commanding general, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Army Colonel Jeffrey N. Colt has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Colt is currently serving as commander, Joint Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center of Excellence, Indian Springs Airfi eld, Creech Air Force Base, Nev. Northrop Grumman Corporation has named Mark W. Kenny vice president of irregular warfare programs.
