Kearney III for reappointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as deputy director for Strategic Operational Planning Directorate, National Counter Terrorism Center, Washington, D.C. Kearney is currently serving as deputy commander, U. S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla.     Benchmade Knife Company has announced Eli Gonzalez as the new program manager of special operations forces on their federal government team.
